Returns and Replacements

Request Timing

Return requests are accepted within 14 days of receiving the product.
Requests received after this period cannot be processed.

Damaged or Defective Items

If the product was damaged during transport, please contact us via WhatsApp, sending:

  • Detailed photos of the damaged parts
  • Description of the issue encountered

We will ship the replacement parts within the next business day.
If the product is severely damaged, you may choose between:

  • Full replacement of the item
  • Return and full refund

In these cases, we will send you a prepaid return label to print and attach to the package. The procedure is free and the refund will cover the total amount paid, including shipping costs.

Return for Personal Preference

If the received product does not meet your expectations, is incompatible with your vehicle, or you simply changed your mind, you can still request a return.

In such cases:

  • We will send you a return label
  • The refund will include only the product price, excluding shipping costs

Example: €20 order (€12 product + €8 shipping) → €12 refund

How to Request a Return

  1. Log in to your account → Order History
  2. Select the order and click Details
  3. Select the product(s) to return
  4. Enter a short description of the return reason
  5. Click Request Return

You will receive updates by email and in your account area.

Tracking Your Return Status

You can monitor your return status anytime by accessing:
Account → Product Return

Refund Processing Time

Once we receive and check the returned item, we will process the refund within 1–5 business days.
Actual time to see the refund may vary depending on the payment method:

  • Credit Cards: a few days for bank processing
  • PayPal or other services: usually visible quickly
