Shipping and Delivery
Shipping Time
Our shipping times generally range between 2 and 5 business days. However, please note that shipping times for certain products may vary.
Free Shipping
For orders over €99, shipping is always free throughout Italy. Free shipping is not available for international shipments.
Worldwide Shipping
We ship worldwide. Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed during checkout after you enter your delivery address.
Incomplete or Incorrect Address
If the shipping address provided during checkout is incomplete or incorrect, there is a risk that the shipment may be delayed or delivered to the wrong location. If you notice an error in your address, please inform us promptly. We will notify the courier, but we cannot guarantee that they will be able to make the changes in time. We will do our best to assist you as efficiently as possible.
Delayed Delivery
Unexpected delays may occur due to various circumstances. In some cases, there may be a slight delay of 1-2 business days, especially for large shipments or in case of labor strikes. However, please rest assured that we constantly monitor the status of your shipment. If the courier encounters difficulties in delivering your order, we will be ready to issue a refund.
Lost or Missing Shipment
In rare cases, a shipment may be lost or misplaced during transit. If this happens, please contact us immediately. If the package is not found within 48 hours of reporting the issue, we will proceed with sending a replacement item or, if preferred, issuing a refund if the package cannot be recovered.
Lack of Tracking Information
When the customer receives an email containing the tracking number, the tracking may not yet be active. This could be because the shipment has not yet been picked up or registered at the courier’s branch. We kindly suggest checking the tracking status later in the evening or the next day. If the issue persists and the tracking information is still unavailable, please contact us. We will immediately report the issue to the courier, and we encourage you to check again after a few hours.
Recipient Not Available
If the recipient is not present at the time of delivery, a second delivery attempt may be necessary. However, if the second attempt also fails, please note that the order will be placed in storage.
Storage
After two unsuccessful delivery attempts, the item will be held in storage. This process may cause a delay in delivery. To facilitate a smooth delivery, we kindly ask you to contact us and provide details on a suitable date for scheduling another delivery attempt.
Damaged Packaging
If the package arrives damaged, we recommend accepting the delivery and checking the condition of the items inside. If any items are damaged, please do not hesitate to contact us by sending photos of the damaged parts via WhatsApp or email. This will allow us to replace the damaged parts as quickly as possible. We will do everything we can to resolve the issue efficiently.
Product Damage
In some cases, products may be damaged during transport due to improper handling or accidents. If any items are damaged, we advise you to accept the delivery and report the damaged parts to us so that we can send replacements. We will arrange for the replacement parts to be shipped the day after we receive your notification.
